• Important

• Make sure ALL information is provided character references are clear.

• Has to be 1 character for all 3 emotes value price and same outfit, feel free to discuss with us that you want more than one characters/outfits
• Additional price will be needed for non human character base
• Request to change expression or colors on YCH emotes need an extra charge $5 or more for each emote.
• Additional fee will be needed for requesting non-cropped version.
• Changing colors when we have marked your commission as WIP, we'll charge you more for that.
• The price discount applies for multiple order (6 emote with 1 character/model = $150, 6 emote with 2 characters, 3:3 split, and so on)
• If you want custom expression or animated emote, you can order from our other service.
• It will take 2-3 weeks after payment is made to finish your commission. (Depends on our queue list, of course we'll notify you when you have sent your request)
• Please keep DMs activated so WE can confirm your order and deliver your finished drawing to you!

TERM OF SERVICE 
 

GENERAL
1. The commission prices stated are purely for personal use. If you are planning to print them, advertise them, use for merch, etc then please mention this as prices vary.
2. I have full rights to the commission. If you do not wish for it to be posted for my portfolio please tick the option in the request form.

3. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

4. I have my style, consider that before asking for the commission.

5. Do NOT edit my art without permission.
6. Do NOT trace and re-sell my artwork or use it for AI

7. Please give us credits 

PAYMENTS
The commissioner is expected to fully pay upfront  before the artist proceeds with their commission. The artist will NOT proceed with the commission if this payment isn’t given.

REVISIONS
I don't do major revision like changing the concept and character. So that you have to discuss your ideas first with me :3

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Waiting time may vary. However, actual turnaround will be up to 14-28 days. But i'll try my best to finish it sooner.

2. Kindly take note that I have multiple clients, and to ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first.

3. If you wish to expedite the commission process, you may request to be placed on priority status. (minimum +50% of original price)

4. If you have a deadline please provide the date on the request form!

USE
You can use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but you cannot use it to make money by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without my permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise. 

2. Commercial licenses require additional charges, please discuss this with me first to set the right price. 

3. The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless Clients request otherwise before project begins.

REFUNDS
1. There will be no refunds from the client side whatsoever. Please be certain you wish to purchase my services before doing so.

2. A refund will only happen in the case that I am unable to complete your commission and have not yet started the commission within 2 weeks.

3. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I deem that the client is behaving inappropriately or violates the TOS.

COMMUNICATION
Communication will be purely on VGen unless stated otherwise. The only other platform I regularly communicate on is Discord / Twitter however it'll be easier to manage commission requests on one platform.
