The given commission was delivered in a timely manner. One of the things I commissioned wasn't satisfactory on delivery but the support team was very kind and managed to fix the issue the next day, also giving me a bonus emote on top of everything. IMPORTANT
- Make sure ALL information is provided character references are clear.
- Additional price will be needed for non human character base
- Request to change expression or colors on YCH emotes may need an extra charge $5 or more for each emote.
- Additional fee will be needed for requesting non-cropped version.
- Changing colors when we have marked your commission as WIP, we'll charge you more for that.
- It will take 2-3 weeks after payment is made to finish your commission. (Depends on our queue list, of course we'll notify you when you have sent your request)
