88Studio made 100% certain that my character was accurate to her design even while being on the YCH. This is a big deal as my character is humanoid, but not a typical human body at all. I was able to illustrate what I wanted to see, what edits needed to be made, and they did it very seamlessly. Not only that, but they were very fast! If you're looking for a lot of QUALITY emotes, then you should definitely consider 88Studio.

I’m really happy that I had my emotes made here again; they’ve turned out really well once more <3 My requests were incorporated brilliantly, as little details like piercings can easily get lost on small emotes. I’ll definitely be having my next emotes made here again <3 Thanks for the great work <3

This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work.
I, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities.
1. The commission prices stated are purely for personal use. If you are planning to print them, advertise them, use for merch, etc then please mention this as prices vary.
2. I have full rights to the commission. If you do not wish for it to be posted for my portfolio please tick the option in the request form.
3. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
4. I have my style, consider that before asking for the commission.
5. Do NOT edit my art without permission.
6. Do NOT re-sell my artwork or use it for IA.
7. Please give me credits!
The commissioner is expected to fully pay upfront before the artist proceeds with their commission. The artist will NOT proceed with the commission if this payment isn’t given.
I don't do major revision like changing the concept and character. So that you have to discuss your ideas first with me :3
1. Waiting time may vary. However, actual turnaround will be up to 10-14 days. But i'll try my best to finish it sooner.
2. Kindly take note that I have multiple clients, and to ensure efficient service delivery, priority will be given to those who have completed payment first.
3. If you wish to expedite the commission process, you may request to be placed on priority status. (minimum +50% of original price)
4. If you have a deadline please provide the date on the request form!
You can use the commissioned work for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but you cannot use it to make money by producing merchandise or other commercial purposes without my permission.
1. I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
2. Commercial licenses require additional charges, please discuss this with me first to set the right price.
3. The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch or Youtube unless Clients request otherwise before project begins.
1. There will be no refunds from the client side whatsoever. Please be certain you wish to purchase my services before doing so.
2. A refund will only happen in the case that I am unable to complete your commission and have not yet started the commission within 2 weeks.
3. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I deem that the client is behaving inappropriately or violates the TOS.
Communication will be purely on 88studio.id unless stated otherwise. The only other platform I regularly communicate on is Twitter however it'll be easier to manage commission requests on one platform.
